Test Photo, Asus Transformer Prime (TF201)
This pic is un-edited - but has been reduced in size by the tumblr posting process, and while certainly not up to the quality of a digital SLR (or even a better than entry level point & shoot), seems to be fairly decent (considering the source). It also has a built-in LED flash. The 10” display tablet has a 8M pixel front facing camera & 1.2M pixel rear facing camera. I have the keyboard dock which basically turns it into a small laptop with an additional battery, USB port, and SD memory slot. The tablet part also has a micro SD slot, so there’s lots of potential for additional storage (it comes with 32 or 64 gig on board). For the most part, I’m impressed with this tablet’s features & specifications. I have had some issues with occasionally losing the internet connection (without losing the wireless connection?!?), and so far, the only way I have found to get it back is by re-booting. It’s supposed to get up to 18 hours total with both tablet and keyboard dock combined - depending on the settings and use - but that’s waaaay more than my old laptop.
